A little bit about me…
I’m a soundbath facilitator who offers gentle, immersive soundbath experiences using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and soft percussion. My intention is to create a welcoming and restorative environment where participants can relax, reset, and reconnect with themselves. My approach emphasizes accessibility and care, ensuring a space that feels inclusive, grounding, and deeply nurturing.
In addition to my work as a sound healing practitioner, I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and have a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I provide individual therapy at Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative, a nature-informed practice. My clinical approach is client-centered and rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory. My counseling work is grounded in compassion, presence, and collaboration, with a focus on supporting clients in cultivating resilience and flexibility.
During my downtime, I can be found hiking, paddleboarding, camping, backpacking, napping in a hammock, reading, or having a snuggle with my cat, Ivy.
Living in Values
One key part of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is exploring and identifying your values. I think of values as a compass, something steady to guide you when life feels uncertain, when fear of making the “wrong” choice creeps in, or when you’re just moving through the hard stuff. These are a few (not all) of my own values, and they’re what I carry with me into every soundbath and counseling space I hold.
