A little bit about me…

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LGPC)and Soundbath Facilitator that works with clients in Towson, Parkville and surrounding areas.

I have a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I provide individual therapy at Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative, a nature-informed practice and Wildflower Wellness. My clinical approach is client-centered and rooted in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory and Nature-Informed Therapy. My counseling work is grounded in compassion, presence, and collaboration, with a focus on supporting clients in cultivating resilience and flexibility.

I’m also soundbath facilitator who offers gentle, immersive soundbath experiences using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and soft percussion. My intention is to create a welcoming and restorative environment where participants can relax, reset, and reconnect with themselves. My approach emphasizes accessibility and care, ensuring a space that feels inclusive, grounding, and deeply nurturing.

During my downtime, I can be found hiking, paddleboarding, camping, backpacking, napping in a hammock, reading, pine needle basket weaving or having a snuggle with my cat, Ivy.

Living in Values

One key part of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is exploring and identifying your values. I think of values as a compass, something steady to guide you when life feels uncertain, when fear of making the “wrong” choice creeps in, or when you’re just moving through the hard stuff. These are a few (not all) of my own values, and they’re what I carry with me into every soundbath and counseling space I hold.

  2. Integrity

  3. Compassion

  4. Humor

  5. Collaboration
